Following the continued rapid growth in the data centre and technology market, Power Control Ltd has appointed a new regional sales manager to manage the increased volume of UPS enquiries.

With extensive experience in UPS and critical backup power solutions, Martin Pearce joins the company’s southern based sales team and is responsible for developing new and existing relationships with consultants, contractors and end-users including all the main datacentre companies across the UK with a specific focus on the London area.

Martin is also responsible for supporting initial UPS data centre power design consultations and will assist with UPS & battery specifications, budget, and space planning. His broad-based product experience in the electrical industry will be a major asset to the company’s plans for future growth.

Having worked with many of the major global data centre organisations, Martin comes highly commended by his peers and has a vast technical experience and commercial awareness. This coupled with his 30 plus years of experience within the UPS marketplace and extensive industry connections will help Power Control increase its position and presence in the increasing data centre arena.
